Why am I suddenly obsessed with eating clean?

I got tired of processed food on Tuesday, so when I went to the buffet, less than 8% of my meal contained processed food. And over half my meal was raw, such as, raw salmon etc… It is Thursday and once again, I did not want any processed food in my meals. I had pasta for dinner and I believe my sauce was organic cause it had a very mild flavour and was missing a binding agent that nearly all my tomato pasta foods use in their sauce.

Why am I suddenly obsessed with eating clean?
