I think there's actually a lot about it on the internet. Sometimes we snack when sad, bored or anxious for example.
I would do some research because while you likely won't notice the difference yet your body will at some point not be able to burn all those extra calories and you will gain fat as you age.
If you feel the urge, force yourself to drink water. Sugary drinks make you more thirsty. Dont buy snacks anymore like this yoi won't be able to snack even if you want to. Doing the same by the way so I know it works. Used to snack a lot.

There are two possibilities - one is your body PH. If your body PH is not in an ideal range, you will get food cravings that make you over eat.
I find vitamin B deficiencies can also lead to gluttony cause the bodily sensors that make you realize you are full are not activated when you lack vitamin B. There are 8 kinds of vitamin B but experiment with B1 first. If eating B1 does not solve the problem, try the other vitamins too.
Another thing that can lead to gluttony is a protein deficiency, if you're not eating enough protein, you will crave more food, even if your meals are very high quality.
I'm not a doctor but I believe eating food that has a low weight in grams can also lead to gluttony, cause your body is measuring your appetite by food weight and not by how many calories your food is. My reason for saying this is I eat feel very full when I eat low calorie carrots but feel hungry when I eat a high calorie hamburger.
Insulin resistance can also make you eat food when your body has all the nutrients it needs to survive. I believe you can reverse insulin resistance by changing your body PH into the alkaline or acidic range. It's when it's neither acidic nor alkaline that insulin resistance can build up. You do not want your body to be too alkaline because too much alkaline eating can lead to heart burn by preventing your stomach from closing properly leading you to believe falsely that your body is too acidic. You can also get bacteria issues in your nether regions if your body is too alkaline because your body needs a certain level of acidity to kill off bacteria.
maybe you are in a vitamin deficienty or what you eat is too low calorie so that's why you're always hungry
