Does anyone know cute little places to eat at in austin texas?

Me and my boyfriend are planning a trip to Austin eventually and I wanna try to find places to eat that are small and won't have a bunch of people staring at us. The food type dosent matter too much :3

I love Austin. I don’t know if I know anywhere quiet, but there is TOP SHELF BBQ and Mexican food.

There was a taco truck called Flavia’s Kitchen that was excellent. The best part: the little girl working in there (she’s probably almost an adult now) with presumably her mother. She was all of 11 or 12 years old. She took my order, and there was not even a WHIFF of “isn’t this cute? I’m a child and I’m working a big person’s job!” This little girl was ALL BUSINESS, lmfao. Kinda had that Wednesday Addams vibe, no smiling, no jokes. If she were an adult I might’ve thought she was cold in her customer service, but given her age, I was just impressed by her professionalism.

I’ll never forget it, I waited like ten minutes, totally reasonable amount of time, and when she called me up, she says “sorry it took so long. We make our corn tortillas from scratch.” And the energy behind it was a pure flex, lmfao. That young lady is going to be a force to be reckoned with in this world💪

Anyhow…. the food was outstanding. I can’t remember if I ate in the car or if there were any kind of picnic benches around. It was in a little parking lot.

Well it depends where we go like we went to a small place that has mostly middle aged or older white people and he is mixed so they stared at him and I guess I look weird to them so they look at me. I mean I understand people staring when I wear certain stuff but not when I'm in just normal clothes
