-Wild Boar-had some ribs, a bit more tough then like a pork rib, but couldn't really tell the difference otherwise

-Escargot--I went to a French pre-school in the US, and they would serve this once a week. Tried it a few times, hated it then, tried recently, still hate it.

-Octopus--my mom made me try it as a kid, texture is too chewy for me

-Frog legs--tastes like boney chicken, have eaten a couple times

-Alligator-tastes like chicken, have eaten a couple times

-Squirrel--my grandfather used to kill them himself. A bit gamey, maybe like rabbit, but also tastes like chicken texture wise

-Crickets--Super crunch and salty, you're basically just picking it out of your teeth

-Oysters- Texture raw is disturbing to my soul, fried, I can get it down, but not a fan.
