That depends on what you are feeling guilty about and what you can do to remedy that situation. I feel guilty about not spending enough time with my parents before they died, and there's nothing I can do about that.

1. I used to be verbally mean to an old friend of mine. (no cursing or physical, just being rude) I was getting bullied so my self esteem went down so i took it out on her for 3 months. we don't talk anymore.
2. I ghosted a friend group because I was getting harassed by one of them but no one believed me. I didn't realize how much it negatively impacted them.
3. I had anger issues and took it out on my family members.

I've never made a big mistake that could not have been fixed with a simple sorry and 5 minutes of help. I don't experience guilt as an adult because I don't take any actions that make me feel guilty. Why would I choose to take negative action. That is moronic.

I think u need to learn to be more mature and kind. not wishing the downfall of others. ur being a shitty person rn, r u sure karma won't get u too? or maybe u need therapy? did someone cause you pain? I, on the other hand, am looking for peace, and it seems ur still stuck on resentment. I already apologized to those that I had done wrong to, just I still feel guilty.
