I eat an average of 35grams of walnuts a day so I'm going to go with those. The omega 3's in them are doing something good I feel it. When I sweat, it smells like sweet walnuts. Back when I was taking fish oil, my sweat would just smell like fish lol.

Almonds, for sure - or at least, I love anything else almond-flavoured. Marzipan (and battenberg cake), amaretto (the liquer), amaretti (the biscuits), macarons (the French kind), macaroons (the English kind), bakewell tarts, almond croissants... Yum.
