I love all kinds of nuts, but I'd have to say pistachios. They just taste amazing and I enjoy cracking open their little shells. Other than macadamia (not a fan - they're bland AF and WAY overpriced), I can't think of any nuts I don't like. I'm not the biggest fan of pecans, but they're still nice in certain things like tarts and pecan pie (of course). I also just got a 700g bag of Brazil nuts recently and I'm slowly making my way through those. lol I just love how earthy they taste, and 3-4 Brazil nuts per day provides a full dose of selenium! But I love all kinds of nuts and seeds (and legumes in the case of peanuts).

Besides mine? Cashews and dry roasted peanuts. I just WISH they'd take that fucking red "paper" off of them, first!! That's as bad as going to the trouble to make breaded chicken and leaving the bones and skin on it!! You might as well just throw the breading to the birds!!
