Behold, this year's Easter frittata!

I cooked the meats yesterday (took about three hours for everything) and then assembled and cooked everything else today (about an hour and a half).
Doesn't it look tasty? And as usual, would you order if from me? I normally say that jokingly, but this will take at least a day or two to defrost...
