My favorite appetizer is always haydari! It is both refreshing and very easy to make. It consists of yogurt, lots of parsley, dill, some garlic and olive oil. I add the final touches with red pepper flakes, mint and a little sea salt. As they say; “It would be fine without haydari, but it would be good”! If you want to try it, it is my favorite, especially in the summer months, because it is light and refreshing. If you serve it with lots of olive oil, it will delight your palate. Grab it, may it heal you!
