I drink the water from my deep well. It's delicious. I have two 1 liter bottles, one next to my chair at all times, and one that I take to my car. I refill them when empty.
First thing in the morning, I add Cardio Miracle powder to about 2/3 of a liter of water and use that to wash down the various vitamin and mineral caps that I take.
After that, I make 24 oz of coffee, pour it into two 12 oz car cups with sippy lids, add around 2/3 tsp of Equal Exchange, organic, hot coco powder (it's not too sugary), and enough cold, whole milk to make it cool enough to drink.
But throughout the rest of the day I drink at least a liter of my wonderful well water.
I never buy bottled water.20 Reply

First, I usually drink mineral water - and a good amount it.
I'd drink even more if it wasn't so expensive.
However, I also make broth. So, for instance, 30 minutes ago getting ready for bed, I took a jar with about 20 oz of water and put a couple of chicken boullion cubes in it and zapped it in the microwave for 5 minutes then added some sliced up green onions. I do this a lot more in the winter. In the summer months, I also keep a bottle of tap water in the refrigerator, but also squeeze some lemon or lime juice in it to give it some flavor. (I may do that with the mineral water too.)

1 yI drink water because I know my body needs it. I've had to since I was 13 after fainting from dehydration. I yell at my friends for not drinking enough water & getting enough electrolytes because they keep going to the ER for it. It is very important for our bodies in order to function, so it's good to drink a bottle each day (one that equals to 8 glasses of water at least). I either drink plain water, ICE seltzer lemon lime, or Propel. It might depend on what I'm doing too, if it's hot out then I do Propel for the electrolytes. Other than that, I might drink coffee. I don't drink too many things since I drink the water (I just can't go without it).

1 yDepends on if it's tab water or bottled.
Tab water is absolutely a pleasure. When I've to result to bottled water, then it becomes more of a chore since I feel like I can taste the plastic. Probably just something in my head but something I struggle with none the less.

Drinking water can be both a necessity and a pleasure for me. As much as it hydrates, it also refreshes, aiding in the appreciation of flavors during meals. I especially enjoy infusing water with slices of citrus fruits or fresh herbs, which brings a touch of culinary exploration into a simple routine. During one of my travels to Japan, I discovered how they served water with a hint of yuzu, and it was an invigorating experience. 🍋

1 yEh. Depends on the water. I live in a poorer part of the state, and I donāt trust the water fully - so I have a purifier that is supposed to clean it. I donāt always like the stuff the tap OR from bottles. It tastes funky sometimes. But, the kitchen is downstairs, so I freeze and then bring a bottle upstairs to take some medication (Which also tastes awful).
I used to live in an affluent area of the state, and the water was usually decent (sometimes it tasted gross, but it was usually fine). I might pour in some MIO or something to make it taste less funky. I usually do water if pop isnāt available. I have tried cutting back on pop.10 Reply- 334 opinions shared on Food & Beverage topic.
1 yI've explored everything out there and eventually found that ice cold water is my favorite. It works in any situation with any food. I can consume as much as I want with no worries about empty calories. It doesn't destroy any vital organs. It's almost zero cost. And yeah, I enjoy it.
