Pineapple cubes in sweet cherry fruit juice jelly. I don't recommend to use pineapple juice for jelly because pineapple contains enzymes which prevents coagulation of gelatin. On the other hand pineapple juice is pretty good meat tenderizer because of those enzymes.

I love pineapple juice.
My favorite way to eat pineapple in in chunks. Canned pineapple chunks rock. They are also wonderful roasted on a skewer with chicken and green Bell peppers.
I love pineapple upside down cake.

As for pineapple I eat pineapple on pizza & I also eat it by the slice or chunks & I like grilled pineapple as well.

Cut it up into chunks. Cut off the top, bottom, outside and core. If you live by yourself, put the unused chunks in the frig and enjoy over the next few days.
