Why would an owner value hot bodies more than quality customer service?

there is this restaurant i go to , owner always hires the hottest female staff and doesn't even hire anyone else really. you are apparently not welcome as a server there if your not white , pretty , and 18-30 .

but he seems to have entirely forgot about customer service and the actual experience there having there, its like he doesn't even care.

like i was there the other day and 2 of the servers just stood at the bar and talked to themselves for 30 minutes , it was really slow so apparently they had nothing to do , they didn't even ask me if i wanted another drink or anything. and i didn't see them doing anything work related during that time , so i just paid and left

last summer there was an incredible amount of bad reviews on google maps , like people kept writing in with bad reviews and not enjoying the place like they used to and owner didn't even seem to care and didn't bother to reply back to any of them with an apology or anything

like what is wrong with this person? he's not making more money by doing this , he could be making more if valued customer service and ran a real restaurant instead of his own twisted version of hooters

he did it again another hot body appeared last week and i know for a fact a more average girl applied for same position was never got hired as i was there the day she dropped off a resume. so yeah it just doesn't stop

one of the staff members mentioned that he pays himself in dividends 4 times a year , he's not making a regular salary that is how he pays himself if business makes money, i don't know if that is weird or not for a business to do that

it only really makes good money during the summer and for a brief period if weather really nice

related to how he runs the business but doesn't really explain his obsession with these specific girls and he has a girlfriend , can't believe she puts up with this. maybe he has her convinced its making money or maybe she's just sticking around cause he's so much older waiting for the day she inherits everything

but were a small city , this place has never even had a strip club and has more churches that a lot of places do now days. i'm not sure how much sex would sell here or why one would want to even try this in a small town

i've suspected that too but i can't really find any proof , he doesn't appear to have a criminal record although he moved here from somewhere else years ago and little is known about his life before here. the restaurants online profile also mentions nothing about him , isn't a picture , biography or anything. is barely any pictures of him anywhere when i searched

he doesn't spend the winters here and instead goes to florida , he has a girlfriend but she is much younger than him like 30's but he'd be late 50's or older

i wondered about the security camera's in the restaurant but no one else pays any attention to them , with today's high powered lenses he could have a way better view of the girls when there working than anyone suspects and he could watch restaurant from his own computer

my gut tells me he has a perv cam somewhere on the premises but i just can't prove it , you'd need to have a tech expert go through and search everywhere but he has to have some way of watching the girls as he's never actually around

i've also heard stories about him visiting other restaurants , this girl i knew at a restaurant in another city , 5 or 6 years ago told me a story about him , how she had served him and how he told her about the fact he owned this restaurant , he also left her a huge tip

but she was like a 20 something brunette at the time and really attractive and he would of been 50's

but her story just seemed weird , like why tell her he owned a restaurant and why such a big tip , like he was trying to impress her and fact she was same age as female staff he's so obsessed about hiring is another red flag too

i'm sure i could find more stories about him if i asked around and had a picture of him to show at these other places but it be like finding a needle in a haystack

even if he doesn't have a " secret camera " just with the 3 visible known ones which are also focused on the main bar areas ( where the girls mostly are when working ) . he could be seeing a lot more than anyone realises. and often the girls do stuff , like stretch , play with hair , adjust clothes , who knows what he could be seeing

and don't forget the female customers , who knows what he could be seeing of them , no one who goes into a bar half drunk even half sober pays any attention to the fact its being monitored by security camera's , so who knows what they might be wearing or doing that he is getting full view of

i've been in there 100's of times and not once ever has anyone asked about the camera's or why owner has them where he does , no one pays any attention right?

but obviously he has them in for a reason , just like he hires these specific girls for a reason , he only seems to hire very specific girls from my home area to work there
