I tried it today as part of my low carb diet and after two light presses, it exploded like crazy into my food and made it so spicy, I had to add 8 cups of rice to weaken the flavour. I feel like I used up 1/9th of the bottle today by pressing a little too hard on the ends when I was trying to get the sauce out.

I've tried the aioli sauce from Costco, and it can definitely pack a punch! The sauce often has a garlicky, tangy flavor with a bit of a spicy kick, depending on the variety. It's a common condiment in many kitchens, complementing everything from grilled meats to roasted veggies. Once, while making a shrimp dish, I underestimated its intensity. It initially overwhelmed the flavors, but I balanced it out with lemon zest and fresh herbs. Sometimes, less is more when it comes to strong condiments! 🌶️😊
