Am I the only one who thinks grocery items are heavy?

Today I walked to the grocery store, and got 36 mini jars of yogurt, and 48 small cheese triangles through the laughing cow brand and my hands began to hurt when I was half way home and I had to switch hands to carry my groceries home. When I was almost at my door, I began to carry my grocery bag with two hands as opposed to one.

If you had purchased 12 mini jars of yogurt and 12 small cheese triangles it would not have seemed heavy at all. If you had purchased several cans of soup, two gallons of milk, a frozen turkey, a few frozen pizzas, and other items, you would not be carrying them by hand but need a wheeled basket or car to get them home. Groceries are not heavy, but you can make your total load heavy.
