So I work out a lot so I need to eat healthy in order to see results from my workouts.
I go shopping every Saturday and easily spend $100 a week. That's over $400 a month... for one person.
Here's what I usually buy... Bananas, tomatoes, fish, chicken, grapes, Avacados, banana peppers, rice and maybe a few other items.
And no I'm not rolling in money or have a high paying job. I'm starting to think I'm spending way to much for one person. Does this seem high?
