What's the fascination with starbucks?

It has me wondering like their coffee is just overpriced stuff you can get like at dunkin' donuts or even krispy kreme. Like I have tried Starbucks don't get me wrong but it just taste the same to me just overpriced..

I'm not a coffee drinker, so I will never understand how Starbuck's is so popular.

I've literally never even been to one, but I understand they're stupidly expensive. Then again, I will never understand how people can get all pretentious about their freaking coffee, either.

It's like a fucking status symbol, or something. Congrats, you drink the iPhone of coffee. Good for you? I hope you enjoyed paying $40 for it.

There are people that memorize their freaking nine mile long drink order, and will know if the foam is too hard (whatever the hell that means), but can't remember their kids' birthdays.

The whole appeal surrounding coffee has never made sense to me.

Because Starbucks is amazing? But yeah the price is not. And if you are going to Starbucks to buy regular coffee there is something wrong with you.
The specialty stuff is what I would buy there if I could afford it, like Cookies & Cream Frappuccino.

I won’t go there on a regular, especially for just a cup of JOE but if I’m out and about or out of town, I’ll order a cappuccino or lattee or frappochino with a shot of espresso because they offer dairy free milk. But I agree, super over priced

No idea. I know they had "unconscious bias training" for there employees. I know their employees are a bunch of commie weridos too. So I can't imagine anyone going to Starbucks for anything. Dunkin Doughnuts though, they're based.

To me, Starbucks tastes like fine, aged mud. The only appeal is carrying around your Starbucks cup so everyone else understands how vapid you are.
