NO idea why staying anonymous for this question.

However, I'm an Asian (all areas though Thai SHOULD have been included) , European especially Italian though German wine is best (not sure if drinks are included in this as they OUGHT to be) kind of foodie and the Mexican south American aren't so well received BUT in the right context totally top notch

I didn't include Asian as one since I wanted to include South Asian and Middle Eastern which are very different from East and Southeast Asian cuisines

Yeah it's difficult as each area there are still a huge range of options. Like Hummus is something I ADORE but falafel not so much, Thai food is top of my list yet Korean only some of it, Pasta and pizza can't be beaten but they're kinda limited in scope. One consistency is South American is generally middling to high for me, though never top.
