Which one would you choose: coffee or tea?

I avoid coffee. I've done a fair bit of research, and I choose to drink primarily matcha green tea for health.

Green tea is the highest in l-theanine and EGCG. Black coffee has it's benefits too, but I find the benefits of green tea outweighs the benefits of black coffee. Light roast black coffee, that's the best you can get, but I still think high quality matcha green tea is the way to go

OK, here's a thing I've never figured out about myself. I like tea better than coffee but 95 times out of 100 I'll reach for coffee instead. The only explanation I can come up with is that coffee is just more available here in the USA. It's what everyone drinks. I don't dislike coffee, I just like tea better. Yet another thing I hardly ever think about.

Either is fine with me. I typically drink one cup of coffee a day, freshly brewed for breakfast in the morning, and one or two glasses of iced tea during the day. When I have a cold, I have a cup of hot tea with lemon and honey.

Strong, robust coffee in the morning on a daily basis.

Sweet iced tea with muddled peppermint or spearmint to go along with a hearty lunch or supper.
Not daily, but often.

Hot tea has never been my thing.

Coffee is a tisane tea. A tea is literally plant oil that infuses into water at a specific temperature, that you drink. I usually fix coffee, but if i fix any of my other teas i fix it in a large pitcher

Coffee, to me tea (hot) is mainly for when you aren't feeling well. Green Tea and Toast when I was sick as a kid. Or mint Tea for stomach troubles.
