Eggs always get bacon grease. Most things do. If I make pie crust I use butter for that. For a few other things as well.

If I make bacon first I'll cook my eggs in the leftover bacon grease. I'll also use bacon grease if I have some in the fridge, which I sometimes do. But most times I use butter or ghee.
