I've been craving pie 🥧 lately. What is your favorite pie?

I had almost an entire pecan pie eaten over a few days. I don't eat the crust, just the good sweet filling and the pecans. I scoop it out with my big spoon and eat it that way. 😂

From what I can tell, apple 🍎🍏 in some form or fashion had the most opinions. Probably the 2nd one was lemon 🍋 meringue pie. But the savory ones sure sounded delicious. 😋

I made a lemon cake at Monday, I had two thin slices of it, my brother ate the rest. Maybe I should make a cheesecake with some anti worm medication? He is thin, 190cm tall and eats a lot, especially home made food. If he was a dog I would think it's worms. lol

Oh boy this is a legit tough one. For a lot of things my answer is so straightforward but not this.

A safe bet is chocolate flavored everything so I guess a chocolate pie.

But I also love apple pie, pumpkin pie, cheesecake if that counts as pie, cherry pie, lemon pie, pecan pie, blueberry pie, etc. I just love all of it so much.

Of that list though probably an applie pie if we're not counting the chocolate pie.

Lemon Merengue is nice but I loved the ones mom made where she'd mix whipped cream into vanilla (or French vanilla or banana) pudding and pour that into a graham cracker crust! I could eat the whole pie by myself!! Other than that, my fave is Vincent's pizza!!

Sweet (commercial) these days would be cherry

Sweet (self made) is equally between pecan and sweet potato

Savoury (commercial) would be steak and stilton

Savoury (self-made) would be Thanksgiving pie, all the leftovers (I purposely make too much of) baked together in a pie

Oh, don't tell my mom and grammie who make the most awesome apple and blueberry pies but my absolute favorite is chocolate cream. Sometimes I make the really cheap ones with the cheap pudding mix and the cheap premade crust and the cheap whipped topping that is really horrible for you 'cuz it's full of chemicals but it tastes really good so I eat it anyway and my mom would be really disappointed if she knew her daughter made such a cheap pie.
