I’m trying to focus more on sustainable habits like better nutrition, portion control, counting calories, supplements, and lifestyle changes rather than fad diets or extreme restrictions. Any tips routines or things that worked for you would be amazing to hear!

Also if you have any go to healthy meals from fast food places for when you’re traveling or don’t have access to a kitchen I’d love some recommendations. Sometimes eating out is the only option on long road trips so knowing the healthier choices would really helpful!
