Trending & News I don't think it matters what we eat. They are going to get us one way or another.

I'm not a picky eater, if that's what you mean. I try try to avoid chemicals and junk. I prefer organic and natural foods but I'm not a fanatic. I am an omnivore, have no food allergies, and love all kinds of ethnic foods and trying new things.
I typically eat a small breakfast and no lunch. So when dinner time comes around, I chow down. When I go to restaurants, I make sure I'm hungry when I arrive and almost always manage to clean my plate. I don't believe in wasting good food.
I also like dessert.
So, in answer to your question, I pretty much dive in with gusto.
I watch what I eat. To eat "good" makes you feel good, that goes both ways... there is a balance i believe between eating healthy and having the chocolate you crave. I think its about every once and a while having those French fries that make your mind happy but heart work harder; its reward for all those vegetables you dont "like" but your body sure does by the way you feel good the next day. I definitely watch what I eat always, but that doesn't mean there's no room for a donut every once and a while 😉
The “inventor of gymnastics” wasn’t some young guy…. They’re probably just naming someone who CALLED the exercise “gymnastics” 🙄
Treadmill guy probably died of boredom. I know I would.
And just bc some people invented a thing doesn’t mean it’s the only thing they consumed. The list is a little extreme.
The point is to just live your life and stay balanced extreme diet or exercise aren’t healthy, nor is gorging on anything. Moderation!
True, in everything moderation.
When I buy in the supermarket I watch.
When I go to fast food restaurant as McDonalds or Burger King I don't watch - I know it is not healthy. So I don't eat it often. And I don't like KFC.

Even super rich vegans die on pancreatic cancer. Linda McCartney, Steve Jobs...
I'm sure keeping a balanced diet with highest quality products is better than eating processed convenience food or fast food, but it's not a 100% solution to avoid potential cancerous stuff in foods.
I'm diabetic, at least partly because in my mid teens the price of butter suddenly spiked, lard and beef fat were being replaced with seed oils everywhere. I didn't realise my diet had changed until years later when buying fat was almost impossible and butter was preclusively expensive.
Now I'm switching back by buying beef fat from a butcher and avoiding seed oils as far as possible. And despite not dropping my glucose intake I've halved the amount of insulin I need since I started changing back.
So yes, I'm watching what I eat. I want to be sure I don't die prematurely if I can prevent it.
I try 2 watch what I eat but sometimes eat 2 much junk food. If u eat 2 much junk food it can cause constipation. 2 much red meat can cause constipation, your poo will b hard n it can cause hemorrhoids.
Eat lots of fruits n veggies 2 prevent these. A physician told me they did lots of studies n 2 much sugr can cause diabetes. I also no not walkin 20-30 min. dy. at a normal pace or not doin aerobic exercises like jogging n swimming (which is good 4 your heart) can increase the chances of diabetes which can't b cured.
Avoid foods high in cholesterol like chips. The papr isn't good advice. Like tortoises 🐢 r genetically different than rabbits 🐇 n peopl for example. Pet n wild rabbits liv longr than that.
The physician also said even if u do everything rite some people still get diabetes. Maybe it's their genetics. I say y try not 2 get it?
Lol, gym rats and athletes DO live shorter lives. But they actually eat more than normal people.
Normal people don't put their bodies through unnatural stresses on the daily. But athletes and gym rats do provide good organs. So don't complain too hard. You might need one...
Do they exercise their eyes or liver too?
You think that's bad you ott to see what your drinking have your water tested. You will throw up when you hear what your drinking your water is worse then 20 soft drinks together I can't even get myself to tell you what I. The water because I will throw up if I start
In bottled water is just as disgusting. I mean it's disgustingThat are elected officials allow this to happen
I definitely do. Sugary soda can put weight on you if you just have a few cans a week. Eating something like a doughnut every day can also significantly increase your weight. Of course exorcise makes a lot of difference, the more sedentary you are the worse it is for you. Sitting around doing nothing is more dangerous than riding a bike.
What you eat absolutely matters. And it matters a LOT. Like many years, possibly decades of difference in life expectancy.
That graphic is meaningless. It's pure cherry picking and extremely bad advice.
Is that so? Well I'd like to be a fly on the wall in your kitchen right by the refrigerator, just to see what you munch on.
I eat Factor meal.

I usually look at what I eat, but as far as limiting one I eat, I eat what I feel like eating, within reasonable limits.
So no caviar for you then?
@nodecision Fine with me. I don't like caviar.
As for me I watch what I eat as the food is going down.
Are you using a fluoroscope to watch?
I’m using a monocle with a missing lens & I wonder how many people actually know what a fluoroscope is & what it is used for?
Jack LaLanne died when he was 96. Johnny Kelly died at 93. Sylvester Stallone is 79. I watch what I eat, I workout a lot and I wear my seat belt.
Yes... On one side to keep my weight in check and on the other I prefer good quality food with natural flavour and not some chemical bombs
Maradona had more lines per day than he had practice same days... lmao
I'm a runner , I watch what I eat to run better. I'll indulge if I want to
Depends how hungry I am. Malnutrition will kill me faster than minute amounts of harmful chemicals.
I only watch what I eat so that I don't get a gout attack
Ha! I was told by a doctor I had gout once. Got a 2nd opinion and it turned out to be a stess fracture in one of my toes.
I watch as I put things in my mouth that I eat. There may be something that I dive into though.
I try to watch what I eat. I try to avoid heavy salt and sugar
Doesn't matter what you eat, as long as you burn them calories!
To an extent, but not a whole lot. I wouldn't want to be super skinny.
@nodecision had to read the whole question
At this point I am improving my diet.
I always watch what I eat.
I do too, right up to the time I put it in my mouth.
Ill be watching next year, I promise!
Every bite!
I only have one life
So you regret that you have but one life to give for your country?
No I eat what I want because I have one life only
