For me it depends on if I'm in my weight lifting groove cause if I'm really working out I'll bring my normal weight which is around 180 or so down to 130 and struggle to gain much weight. In which sometimes I'll resort to junk food LMFAO.
So mostly yeah 90% healthy to 10% junk food unless I'm working out which it becomes like 55% healthy to 45% junk food. And by junk food I'm talking burgers and like fries. LOL Not like chips and literal junk food. (I haven't had to resort to my horrible diet for a long time.) Been a while since I needed to bring out the body I had in high school and college use to break dance... So I'd end up easily burning over 4K calories maybe more XD. I use to have to stuff my face with like fast food to keep up with the routines.

I follow the 80/20 rule too, 80% meat, 20% leafy greens. I'll always crave sugar, no matter what. Even being fat adapted because pie and donuts were always my favorite foods and that's never gonna change. idc if people say "that's not real food". They're edible so they're food. Anways what does change is my willingness to let it go. Make no mistake Im always craving both.
Considering I'm trying to lose weight and hired a nutritional coach to help with my eating and weight loss efforts- decent!
I still have the occasional treat, such as ice cream or a cookie, but for the most part, I follow a balance diet of: high protein, high (heavy) carbs, and a low fat diet. Along with exercising 5-6 days a week to stay active.
Sadly i tend to forget what i have eaten. THIS LACK OF FEELING FULL..
So i have to be very strict with myself. I buy food on a daily basis, If i fill the fridge with food , its like , i get this voice calling from the fridge , eat me ,, eat me.. Crazy in know..

We very, very rarely have any "junk" food, as I much prefer home cooking, as does my husband... I honestly couldn't say what the percentage is, other than it would be extremely high on the healthy side.
I don't buy from deli's, We don't eat anything processed. Soda's are not drank in our house. There is always fruit and vegetables either in the frig or on the table in the kitchen. I do splurge for dark chocolate and or ice cream once a month.
Pretty well. Everything in moderation, even moderation.
I eat whatever I want just so happens that most of what I want is healthy
I don't follow any rule and please stop counting your calories and tracking your diet. Its BS. Focus on whole foods and excercising. Stop eating junk food and sugary drinks
I used to be obsessed with what I eat when I was in my 20s. During the pandemic I gained some weight and now I'm back to watching what I eat combined with fasting.
I just stay away from sugar as much as i can. And i eat 4-5 times a day. And not stuff myself that much.
I watch it pretty closely so that nobody else runs off with it.
Very careful now since I'm training.. In general I make sure to have a protein source for every meal
I am 100% in control over cravings so I never cheat, and try my best for high quality foods.
i eat mainly pure junk but i count calories every day
Not very well but I don't eat much so it's not healthy but it's not noticeable
It's on and off. But I guess mostly healthy. Just many days I'm tired and unmotivated. Have no clue what to make. Or what to buy to make. Wish I was more organized with that and always eat well.
Since my metabolism is fast (which is a curse and a blessing at the same time), I eat whatever I want till it lasts. Taking hygiene into consideration, of course.
I eat healthy most of the time. I need to cutout snacks.
Not well I eat whatever I want whenever I want. The only rule I have is only eat when hungry
I'm starting to be better since I have some events in summer where I want to look good.
I follow the same rule, or maybe 70/30.
I'm very careful, but I'm a foody at heart.
All the time or 8-10 toilet visits
