Is it OK to snack a little on junk food a couple to a few times per week?

If you eat a couple of cookies one day, maybe go a day or two and do it again, or have something else to satisfy your sweet tooth, is that even bad? I do snack on junk food not a whole lot but lately it's been a little more than usual. But I never binge on snacks or junk food.

I do watch what I eat and limit myself pretty well, but there are times that I do wonder how I haven't gotten fat. lol

Is eating junk food like that really all that harmful or not?
