How do I get my husband to exercise and eat well without being a nagging cow?

He has really long working hours, is a motivated person but just likes to watch TV when he gets home.

I fancy him so much but he snores at night and his gut is a bit unattractive. This is due to his office based lifestyle. I'd love some male advice.
