Do you ever drink alcohol for breakfast?

Dr Oz was talking about the new food pyramid unveiled by him and RFK jr. He said that alcohol could be included but it was not for breakfast.

I knew a couple of very hardcore boozers that used to have a drink in the morning and when I commuted in the city many years ago I was amazed at the number of people who would have a beer on he way to work.

No thanks, that’s for alcoholics. If it’s only beer, it might be no too bad, but I recently had such a hardcore boozer behind me in the train and you could smell him from ten meters away. He wasn’t drunk, his body was trying to break down the amount of hard liquor from the night before. 🤢😷

There is a guy at the gym that reeks of booze. I just see him on Saturday mornings. I can smell him long before I see him. It just comes out if his pores. He must have a liver the size of a basketball.

I don’t drink alcohol ever, but I did stop for an early lunch at a pub/restaurant and was amazed the parking lot was full at 11:30 in the morning (almost all pickup trucks). Inside, the tables were empty but the bar stools were filled up. 😬

I knew somebody who worked as a bartender. He used to open up the bar at 9AM and there would be guys waiting outside for him to show up. They would get mad if he was late.

No, I've heard of that and no. when traveling overseas in France, we drank... a lot... like every day. It started to wear on me and I felt worse. Alcohol really is not good, for most people.

What you need is nutrition and focus on that.
