Yes! I use it quite often. I'll put it in chicken soup, stuffed peppers, or a topper for pasta dishes. I'm sure there's other recipes I use it for too, those listed just came to mind b/c I made them recently.

It used to be a prime ingredient when I made parsley/oregano pesto, but I try to keep things simple lately. Shaken on dried oregano or parsley - that'll. do it.

Curly parsley I use more as a crunchy, clean-tasting garnish rather than a main flavor.

Parsley is mainly used as a garnish like you see in that pasta dish above. it's like the 'cherry' on top.

Cilantro is usually mixed in with stuff.
