Maple syrup must be the number one partner of pancakes, why has it not been included?

I've never had pancakes for years and the last time was for breakfast on holiday.

But recently I did have a pancake stack like the ones in the photo with bacon and maple syrup.

Out of those options , Chocolate Chip. My favourite pancake is espresso pancakes. They're so good.
