Is this price sheet reasonable or should I adjust my rates?

Hard to say, compare your prices with others in the area, I think the extra $5 for specialty flavours is quite a lot. What i will say is this info sheet is way too busy. Its incredibly hard to read.
it seems about right the price but you have to be real real good like professionals not just home amateurs if you’re gonna charge that kind of money and you’re gonna have good quality ingredients from top to bottom
I worked at as a cake decorator for a few years. I'm not as good as like TV cake decorators but I've never had a complaint based on my skill level
I think that chocolate chip cookies are a bit overpriced, but honestly, I would buy them even at $2 a cookie, too, but I'm like that with chocolate chip cookies. Not everyone is.
It's priced like that because of the ingredients that go in them essentially I use browned butter a full vanilla bean real chocolate sprinkled with flaky salt and what not. I tend to hand them out at Christmas everyone always asks me for them 😅 the cookies are also not like chips ahoy sized cookies or anything they are like maybe a little bigger than the Palm of your hand
Really depends on your market and competition.
I don't think there's much competition in this town that I'm aware of.

it looks pretty reasonable to me. Also looks very tasty.
I'm not sure how a price sheet looks tasty but thanks?
In my area, those rates would be considered less than the going rate.
Way too pricey. I could have a lot of these delivered to me cheaper. Dunno about the in person stuff.
Would it be better if you made videos and sold those?
What do you mean
how to videos
You mean like YouTube videos?
no, they have to pay for them
I think that's very fair. Good luck!
I think it's ok for your country.
