That's utterly horrendous mate ( sorry ) for fcks sake you don't need all that utter sht , big stocktake , clear it to zero then realistically consider all you purchase..

At 26 , you should be smart enough to understand , nothing processed , no added poison ( processed sugar ) it's amazing you can run your house..

Start again , get realistic about your health and understand the refrigerator is a reflection of your life , that's honestly shameful.

Now grow up , and get busy , get your life in order bcoz that is not what's happening now.
