Czernina. It's a duck stock with chunks of duck heart, stomach and liver with addition of duck blood.
It's edible but not in my top 20 favorite soups. However if a boy got served this soup while he visited parents of a girl wanted to engage or to marry he could forget it. It's a fuck off soup.
Of course this "black soup" tradition was only applied among nobility. A peasant boy who wasn't liked by parents of girl he wanted to marry, got just a hit on his head with an axe and landed in water as fish feeder.
