What should this humble home chef cook and post about next?

I've posted a handful of questions over the last couple of years of things I've cooked, grilled, or baked. I usually jokingly ask if you'd order it from me. What is something you would like to see me make and post a similar question about?

So far, I've posted about...

• Eggs benedict
• Baked egg souffle
• Shrimp linguine with alfredo sauce
• My family's annual Easter frittata
• Pizza
• Baked sausage ziti
• Tomato penne

I have a feeling I might be missing one or two. But anyway, what culinary masterpiece should I, your humble chef, attempt next and post about? I will say I make an amazing lasagna, which will make an appearance here sooner or later.

In my experience here when it comes to food questions people prefer answering questions with a twist rather than stuff like "do you like my pasta?

Are their any unorthodox local ingredients you add to food? Local dishes that don't photograph well are always popular.

I used to make it and it took an entire day in the kitchen to prepare.

My son asked me if I would leave him the recipe when I die.
