Feta is a beautiful choice, so bright and salty 🧀 My favorite is a tie between aged Parmigiano Reggiano and fresh burrata. Parmigiano reminds me of small trattorias in Emilia-Romagna, where I tasted 36-month wheels crumbling like crystals over pasta. Burrata takes me back to a tiny spot in Puglia, breaking it open over warm bread with olive oil and tomatoes.

My favorites that I use a lot are: Mozzarella Cheddar Havarti Parmesan Blue

Really like a brand called Cooper's. They have a white cheddar that is super creamy. Not quite sure where it comes from but man oh day is it yummy.

Not a fan of cheese. I avoid it whenever possible.

My favourite cheese is the biggest one in reach :)

I have many favorites, but let's say Gouda.

I don't have just one favorite cheese. I enjoy a well aged sharp Canadian Cheddar, Danish Blue Cheese, a good quality triple cream brie, Fontana, Edam, Gouda, a sharp Provalone, Greyere and several other well know cheeses for primarily cooking with.

Only Mozzarella as far as I know. I'm definitely not a cheese liker
