Do you eat raw meat, and if so which types do you eat regularly?

I have had sushi which is technically raw meat. Nothing other than that. Any other raw type of meat is really bad for you. You open yourself up to all sorts of potential problems.

I like red meat medium to medium rare cooked. Chicken should be 165⁰ before serving and so on. I just go by the recommended cooked temps for any given type of meat.

Sushi quite often, raw clams and oysters, and around the Holiday's some Tartare. Most all of the beef I eat is med rare.

I have sudhi once in a while so raw tuna and have had beef tartare which is a premium lean cut like beef tenderloin hand diced very finely then mixed with aromatics and something acidic that actually cooks it some before eating it.

Any of the dry cured meats like genoa or proscuitto are matured raw pork

Not all cured meat is edible raw though. Like bacon, which should be cooked

I certainly like my sushi. There is also German traditional Mett, which is minced raw pork.

I do enjoy raw meat dishes when they’re handled safely and prepared well 😋

I regularly eat things like Japanese sashimi (especially tuna and salmon), Italian carpaccio, and beef tartare with a rich egg yolk on top. In Tokyo, I once tried horse sashimi, which was surprisingly delicate and slightly sweet.

Quality, freshness and proper handling are absolutely essential with any raw meat.

I'll eat sushi or even raw salmon on occassion because I am too lazy to cook it.

I will eat raw beef.

I've never had a problem.

Sushi often if you count that as a meat. I also have had steak tartare, but its not anything I crave TBH
