I'd name it ''Oma's Alternative Erbschaft''.

(which translates to ''Grandma's Alternative Heritage'')

She wasn't a nice person, but - damn - she could cook. She further was German, and I'd want English speakers -specifically those non-European ones- to struggle with saying the name right.

It will be a mix of hearty traditional European dishes, enriched with South-East Asian ingredients and aura.

Marketing strategy:

Strictly no ketchup, ready-made industrial ''sauces'', monosodium glutamate, and credit cards.

Once a week there will be ''theme day'' from a selected continent, excluding North-Americanesia.

A good restaurant is not about eating only, but also about its ''style''

So, additional features of O. A. E.:

- People wearing neckties or suits will pay double

- For each necktie/suit customer, a homeless or unemployed person eats for free. Same dish.

- cooking will happen in a separated area, but visible to customers/audience.

- staff will not wear any kind of uniform, ''Chef-hats'' are banned

- cut off serving time will be reasonably early, followed by spontaneous or improvised musical or theatrical entertainment - drink consumption continues

- last customer conscious or awake will not receive a drinks bill.

Southern Fires would feature old Southern cooking, including - of course - fried chicken. The staff would all be dressed in antebellum attire. It would probably need to be located near a tourist destination to draw a good patronage.
