So the question is, will I survive, and do you like to take risks with borderline food?

Meat and sea food are protein rich and anaerobic butolium bacteria can grow on it. This bacteria produces neuro toxin that can be deadly in very low doses.
When your eyelids are drooping, you start seeing double, you get swallowing and speaking issue, call emergency.
On the other hand if cooling chain wasn't broken for this it's unlikely something will happen.
This is exactly what i was arguing about with someone last week. If botulism didn't ruin the batch after 1 week then there won't be any of it after 5 years.
Used to operate a snack food packaging machine. Let me assure you that the purveyors of comestibles are staying well within the "safe range" with the dates they stamp on their stuff. One caveat... with meats and seafood there is the possibility that there may have been a storage temperature issue... at Costco if something hit the dock at over 38F we refused delivery. Sooo... as long as your supplier is telling the truth you're good.
I saw 6-9 and quickly thought June 9... yeah, sometimes we forget to translate
Expiration dates are mere suggestions. If it doesnât smell bad or taste bad, i eat it. In all honesty, if thereâs not someone around to confirm that it smells bad, iâll probably try to eat it anyway.
For the record, i have never gotten sick from anything that came out of my own refrigerator. So my system seems risky, but it has served me well.
By law they have to put a "best by..." date on them. But canned foods can last years after that date. People always seem to get from eating old seafood. If you don't turn green and have stuff coming out both ends, then you should be fine. 🍤🍤🍤
Youâll almost certainly survive, but there is a real risk of food poisoning with seafood close to its use-by date, especially if it was not kept chilled properly.
If you get nausea, vomiting, stomach cramps, diarrhea, fever, or feel unusually weak, contact a doctor or emergency service quickly.
I sometimes push yogurt or cheese past date labels, but never seafood. Thatâs one risk I do not take anymore after one very bad night in Tokyo with âdiscountâ oysters 🤢.

As for Natures Fire Drill it does happen & when it happens youâll know because you will be Spray Painting Porcelain all the way.
You know the deal. KILLER DIARRHEA & The Hershey Squirts.
Shit Happens & when it does hopefully you arenât sitting in traffic when you shit your pants.
GOOD LUCK!
To be honest I never trust seafood preserves. My wife once ate mussels out of a little glass preserve, the expiring date still not reached, and the result was her being really very sick with fever and diarrhoea during a few days. That was a hard learned lesson...
If you feel like youâre gonna get sick, just throw it up when the time comes and then immediately drink some Gatorade. If you feel like itâs food poisoning then you have to go to the hospital and they will take care of you. Iâll message you later to see how youâre feeling.
If any of it were spoiled, you would have known it by now. Food does not spoil at 12:01 on the date stamped on food packages. It is a best-use-by date. Everything hangs on whether it was kept properly; if not kept properly, all bets are off
You'll be fine.
That's a good deal, 50% off. It's rare in teh US for food to be reduced that much, 20%-30% is more typical.
I hope you're fine, I might use expired condiments or something other ingredient but never expired meat of any kind.
you should be okay provided the food was properly refrigerated.
The things some girls will go through to get that salty taste in their mouths.
Serve it to a friend for lunch. If they aren't puking by dinnertime, go for it.
Seafood and meats are probably the riskiest things to do that with, but if we don't hear from you in a few days, have a friend post where to send flowers.
as long as they're not American... it should be fine
It is all for liability insurance protection.
You will probably be okay, but don't do this again.
Thatâs a lot of rubbery old cockles youâre eating
There will be no problem.
You need to be careful.
Fresh cock... but it's not fresh no more.
Lol, have fun chasing squirrels in heaven
I see why you couldn't resist them...
No. I would never take that risk.
It's like I can still hear her voice 🥺🥀😔
Well... I voted B :P
You'll get poisoned, go to the emergency room.
You will
