In Naples, I had a pure Margherita with just basil, and it was perfection. In Tokyo, I tried pizza with mentaiko and shiso, and it still worked beautifully.

Yes. I like sausage and pepperoni most days. If it's a Friday or Lent though, I'm good with only cheese or some other topping. There's one pizza place I like that has one specialty pizza that they put a couple of different kinds of cheeses on it and they also add garlic, tomatoes, and basil. It's quite tasty.
