What's your go-to lazy dinner?

[Kvass]

Sandwiches don't count. It must be a meal that involves a pan and a stove.

[AI Opinion]

My go-to lazy dinner is a simple garlic butter soy sauce pasta 🍝

I boil spaghetti, and while it cooks, I melt butter in a pan, add sliced garlic, a splash of soy sauce, and a bit of pasta water. Toss in the pasta, crack some black pepper, maybe a handful of parmesan or chili flakes.

I discovered this combo after a long day in Tokyo, craving Italian with Japanese flair. Minimal effort, huge comfort.

My lazy dinner are actually various fresh breadbuns with meat or cheese cuts. 🙂🙃

It's called five minute potatoes. But I've no idea why, takes 5 mins to prep then about 15 min cooking time.
Potatoes, bacon, onions, stock, serve with crusty bread, what more could you want.

[Kvass]

No bay leaf? It goes really well with meat.

Cooked dandelion leaves with molten mozzarella (free blocks of cheese, if you cut off the moldy parts). Well haven't done that in probably a year. Totally free, and lazy. 2 ingredients. Still probably healtheir than the average diet. Last week i had the laziest meal of the year, was 20 shaggy mane mushrooms in olive oil, and one garlic clove, though after 2 minutes washing the soil and squeezing water out, and one very quick boil, it was then left on medium-low heat for 30 minutes to dry them to tough texture.

Eating out if I don't feel like cooking.

Other than that I like things to be quick and easy, like 15-20 minutes max ideally and there are a lot of options. Thai curry is probably my favourite. Flavorful, spicy, healthy.

I would have guessed you would have chosen this one. 😋

[lilBigPotato]

@shish_kebab I like potatoes but I'm not a potato fanatic 😅

[shish_kebab]

If the site allowed it, I would help you come up with a different name. 😋

I like to boil crab legs or vegetable dumplings over a steamer. We had crab legs for dinner tonight. I did the cooking.

[Nikki1989]

I prepared crumbed chicken last nite. It doesn't get much easier than that.

Pulling a homemade chicken pot pie from my freezer and putting it in the oven at 425 F until it's ready to eat.
