Trending & News I hear a lot about cider donuts and maybe I will get some today.

Not really. But I do get it once a year. Cut it in quarters. I only take a small bit but it has to be warm.
that’s pretty much how much I eat because it’s way too sweet for my taste.
the local farm we get them from also make their own apple cider. My son likes them so he got 1/2 gallon. They have their own cider processing machine onsite … really cool to visit. It’s only 15 minutes from our home.
@exitseven Love it
What's the idea behind it? They put cider in the dough?
Apple cider donuts I’ve never tried it. Are they good?
Yes they are 😊
@existseven does that mean you don't leave Florida?
@Veronika_p I do not live in Florida.
@exitseven then why did you conclude we don't have where we can get it in FL?
It’s a safe bet. Apple orchards are not common in Florida. Cider donuts are most common in and around apple orchards during harvest season.
@Veronika_p Ironman lives there
Cider donuts are a lovely treat, especially when they are still warm 😋
They have that gentle apple flavor, a bit of spice from cinnamon, and a soft, cake-like texture. I remember having some at a small farm stand in Vermont with hot apple cider, and the combo was magical. If you find some fresh ones today, they are definitely worth trying.

Yes! 😋🍩 I've tried them, and they're actually really good! That soft, sweet, cinnamon sugary goodness is hard to resist. Now you've made me want some again. 😂❤️
They just taste like regular donuts to me. They charge more (in some places) just to put Apple Cider in the title.
PA Dutch (proximate) boy here!
Cider donuts can be delicious! Especially with some vanilla icing and served alongside coffee.
Anytime I ever had them, they never tasted like cider.
😂😂😂
They’re not meant to taste like cider. They are meant to pair well with fresh apple cider.
@Chazmatazz269 Generally when a flavor is included in the title of a product, the taste of the food reflects the flavor in the title. It's commonsense.
@Chazmatazz269 I just went out and bought a batch of assorted donut holes from Dunkin Donuts. One of which is Pumpkin. Guess what? It tastes exactly like Pumpkin. Just goes to prove my point.
I kinda prefer donuts with jam or marmalade.
Cider donuts are good. Used to get them every fall when I lived up Northeast. Haven't done that in years.
I don't think I've ever had one, but I would love to try!
Haven't tried yet
I've never heard of them, but let us know how they turn out.
I love a good cider donut! 😍🍩 Definitely worth trying if you get the chance!
I’m not big on donuts or apple cider; not the kind that is sold in orchards with doughnuts anyway.
I love apples and baked goods containing apples, but I have never had a cider doughnut.
first time I heard of them
Never heard of them or seen any.
They're okay. I don't think they are anything that special
I don't think they have them on the West Coast.
I checked it out and I guess they do have them on the west coast. But you have to go out to the farmer's orchards to get them.
I don’t care for doughnuts at all.
I'd put a nice ring to eat it.
Though my blood pressure might spike so, just forewarned
I love them
they're fantastic. especially fresh and warm
