Having fettuccine Alfredo tonight from Nonna Emilia Ristorante Italiano. Yum

I was going to say cioppino but that's not really Italian. One New Year's Eve I was at my sister-in-law's home in the Lake Como region. Neighbors were stopping by with food. An old woman came in with some sort of black lumps of meat on some strange yellow substance. I thought "I suppose I'm going to have to try that." It was venison on polenta. Still one of the greatest meals of my life.

I love pizza the best, but I don’t really consider that as pasta when going to an Italian restaurant so as far as pasta goes, I’m gonna go with spaghetti and meatballs. That’s my favorite. I get a high quality one along with meat sauce 👍

Out of those (and in general), pizza and lasagna for sure. The other 3 aren't even really a thing in Italy, I think those are Italian-American creations.

Maybe so

Lasagne... or Fettucine Alfredo... or maybe Tiramisu...

[Kingofkings1992]

Indeed, hard to choose. Italian is loaded with many fantastic options

Lasagna is the queen of Italian dishes.

That’s too hard… I can’t choose lol. I love all of those. It just depends on my mood. I’m gonna go with lasagna.

[Kingofkings1992]
