How It Feels To Be A Teenager Girl

When I first hit puberty I was very upset. Lots of girls wanted to get older;however, I knew being older meant having mesntrual cycles, breast, etc. It was very uncomfortable situation for me when it first began.

I love being flat chested. When guys picked with me about not having breast, I'd tell them I don't even care. When I got breast I was actually accused of stuffing my bra. It was a very, very, awkward situation for me. I didn't even want breast, I was teased for having them.

Having body hair was something new to me. I didn't know what to do so I did what my mom did, shave. I didn't even think about it. I just got the razor and started shaving.

When I first got my period is hurted a lot. I didn't like tampons and when I told some girls in my class, one of them even asked me how to put a tampon in. This whole new world was so confusing and weird. I spent a lot of time crying, in pain and scared. I still am scared but I think I have a better grip on it.

I started getting curious about sex because I thought organsm was the same thing as organism. I really don't know how it happened; however, I learned a lot of things from Yahoo Answers. I was shocked to know women weren't actually in pain during sex...

I thought during my first relationship I was going to get married, have babies, be rich, etc. Turns out, it didn't happen the way I wanted it too. My first boyfriend was really weird to me. I was very innocent and still am, maybe a bit naive before. However, if I could go back i'd slap him for trying to take advantage of me. I can put a guy in his place, I've always been able too.

I feel more comfortable in life;although, I've had some weird expeirnces. To my fellow teenage girls: DON'T GIVE UP!

Can't say it's easy to be a guy either. Having been shunned or openly mocked by girls all my childhood led me to believe girls my age were all monsters born from reptilian mothers. Only once I got older did I realize it wasn't necessarily easy for them either.
