Yes, I am posting an antithesis of my previous posts. But this take is long overdue as I have done a take for why guys are adorable and why I appreciate them.

Now it is the girls turn.

1) Women are badass

They are born survivors. Women make the most out of any situation and just keep going.

2) Women are badass

We bleed for a week and keep going on about our business

3) One more time...Women are badass!

We put pointy things in our eyes every day to look presentable (mascara, eyeliner), wear stilts DRUNK, put up with men, (sorry men, please don't kill me... I SAID NICE THINGS ABOUT YOU TOO!! YOU CAN'T HAVE EVERYTHING!!) bear freezing temperatures in the name of fashion, and abuse our hair with hot tools every day. And we look amazing.

4) We are capable of creating a life and suffer the most unimaginable pain in the process.

Need I say more? But isn't he cute??? Totally worth it.

5) We learn better

A study done at the University of Georgia and Columbia University found that women are better learners—basically, we have a better approach to expanding our minds. And, according to researchers, women tend to be more attentive, flexible, and organized. So at work, you're more likely to understand the task at hand better than your male coworker. Booyah.

6) We are loving an nurturing

Women are better at communicating and connecting with people. They use language to feel close to people not confront them. They are warm and loving.

7) We don't take up as much space and resources

Women are generally smaller than men, requiring less food and smaller clothes, and therefore using up fewer of the world’s limited natural resources.

BUUUUUUUUUUT I wouldn't say that about the closet and the bathroom space

8) Multitasking

Face it, I am happy that I am a woman. I get more stuff done throughout my day!

"We put pointy things in our eyes every day to look presentable [insert other things you do]" - no. Overcoming obstacles is badass. Inflicting unnecessary obstacles on oneself is not badass. It's something else but I won't mention what. But it is not something deserving of respect.
Imagine a soldier who went into the battlefield and got shot and survived. That is heroic. What you're doing is basically shooting yourself and calling that badass... it totally isn't.

"We are capable of creating a life" yes you indeed are, not going to argue with that either. But it takes two to tango...

"We learn better" misinformed fact. Neither gender learns better but each gender has their way of learning things. The reason women excel in education is because the education is geared towards them. Girls are more favored in schools over boys. That's a fact.

"Women are better at communicating and connecting with people." When two former female friends have a fallout they will almost never be friends again. And girls in groups diss outsiders almost always. And yet when to male best friends have a fight they will more often than not come back together and become even better friends. And males, yes, may diss outsiders but once the outsider earns their respect, they're not an outsider.
Girls are pretty friendly with their friends but there is nothing in the world that could beat the bond between two real bros.

Sorry I can't really agree with all of this, some of these only really apply to certain types of women or just certain individuals really, these aren't really gender wide traits or characteristics.

Don't get me wrong some women truly are amazing, I've known some that are but I have also known a lot of women that carry little if any of these traits and practically all women I've known are not survivors in any sense of the word.

Childbirth pain does not =equal being a survivor, come back to me after you've been a pow or lived off the land.

And you may wear smaller clothes but you buy way more of them, then men which actually in the end, adds up to being way more then us.

A good mytake a bit biased but decent none the less.

I only agree with one point on your take. The giving birth one. Otherwise the rest can be debated upon. As a woman I can say that there are women who fit in the points you mentioned and women who defy the points you mentioned!

-they can see giving birth to as a hassle, give birth but give the baby up to be look after by a nanny (how is that nurturing and caring?)
-there are women who do eat a lot more than men

I hate generalizations, yes no one is perfect but there are still women out there who are like this yet are not your sterotypical "mean girl". I think that #5 has a lot to do with the way guys are taught. I think that the way we teach things do work better for women. If we were to find better ways to teach to males and actually encouraged them to not drop out, guys could do very well.

I am not mad that it happened. It's great that we made room for girls, but we should be careful with the boys or it won't take long before it becomes a serious problem. We can already see the damage by the number of boys dropping out of school because they were never properly intellectually stimulated

Hahaha, seriously? This is just an appreciation of women! Dude, this is correlations and results form studies that prove these things about women.
Men are great communication, I'm sure. Women have been proven to be better- deal with it. Also, women speak with a lot of depth- perhaps you just don't sense it? For example, take Jane Austen and the Bronte sisters, all women. They challenged and changed views of entire societies through fiction and fought for people's rights- all through less than 300 pages of fiction. So I would say there's depth there.
Anyone can multitask, it's just been proven women are better. Women can also focus on one thing at a time to produce high quality results. Also, there's no such thing as perfection.
Women are loving and nurturing- men are too, but this take is about appreciating women- you've probably just had some bad experiences.
We do learn better, once again, it's literally just a fact from studies- including schools that are all male.

And you're right, we were designed to reproduce, but that doesn't mean it's easy. Please don't belittle unstoppable processes. I'd quite happily put you through the 9 years+ of constant bleeding, cramps, bloating, headaches, clumsiness, leaks and low self-esteem almost every woman deals with. Because on average women have 480 periods- assuming they're all a week long, every female spends over 9 years suffering from those symptoms. also, carrying and giving birth to a child is extremely painful- we may be designed to do it, but that doesn't mean it's easy.
Also, any cancer survivor is pretty bad ass if you ask me. Just because you don't find them attractive, doesn't mean the person they are in love with won't. Looks do matter. To you.

No. I do am not hating on anyone. Women are just as capable as men and have the same opportunities as men. At least in the Western hemisphere. But women seem content with their secondary position in human endeavour. That is not something to be angry, hateful or contemptuous about. Women are in general very passive about just about everything. Never wanting to lead but desiring all the perks of being a leader. Women, as a result of social conditioning or whatever, just aren't able to step up in the face of criticism and ridicule.
