My Take On "Fake People" and Being Yourself

XxCookiexX

A fake person is someone who is not genuine and will do whatever it takes to make themself look good. They will take credit for other's work or bring others down when they feel the need. They take part in hipocrisy, lies, and will turn on friendship the moment it no longer is a benefit for them. They will change thier personality to fit in to a certain group. They change themselves and their personality and act who they aren't to fit in a different category. So basically, they are one big, fat lie.

I don't completely understand why people act this way. Maybe to be popular or make some club or team. The truth is, it's better to be yourself. One day, the fake will fade because it's not who you are. You'll eventually get tired of it and people will actually see the real you and they may not like it. Or you'll just end up losing yourself. Since you've been "fake" for so long, that's who you become and no one knows the real you.

Also, you'll really like it. Once you've that feel for being your self around others, it feels good. Knowing that you can just be yourself. This is a cruel world but you'll have to get over it. There are more people who will love you for who you are than hate you. When you are pretending to be somebody else you start feeling tense and scared, you develop a fear that you might get caught and people will know your true-self and they won’t love you the way they do now. Whereas accepting who you are generates a feeling of calmness and relief.

My Take On

Just be you.
