been there done that.. theses words could have been written by me. Yet I still get the guys who want to play ya.. There is a flaw to your argument.. It assumes men know what they are looking for. Where as in reality men are just as confused as women. They think they want a "warrior" and when they get one they get intimidated, cold, unappreciative and mistreat the girl. If they get a "waif" they become abusive,cold and loose all respect. There lies the real problem!
The TL;DR version: A woman who doesn't have enough backbone or self respect to assert herself and work for what she wants will never get farther than a long string of failed relationships with guys who take advantage of her.
You life is exactly what you make it to be, the good and the bad. Everyone has control over every thing in their lives. Understand this and you will be happy.
Great job. One has to respected and loved herself before others respect her. Be confident in her choices and knows what she wants. Knows when to say "no" and means it, and times to say "yes".
Great article. So true. Unfortunately, a lot of things you need to learn from experience, but hopefully now boundaries and self respect won't be one of them for whoever reads this.
I would take this as I am a good woman and have done everything to secure my success (to a point) with the man I love. He's called me his warrior woman!
