Clearly your claim is misleading.

In numbers women are more intelligent than men, because women's IQ curve is very centric, while men are spread more evenly across the spectrum. However, while men constitutes the bulk of the least intelligent, they also constitutes the bulk of the most intelligent.

If we take the bottom halve of the population women are more intelligent than men, if we take the upper half of the population men are more intelligent than women.

The end result is men and women are kinda equal with different IQ distribution.
