Excellent synopsis. Never say anything to anyone that you don’t want repeated to somebody else. Most people unfortunately have to learn this the hard way.

I have to admit some of us do this quite a bit. My friends and I usually do it if we're not sure how to respond to something
And as someone with sisters I can tell you most of the time girls show messages from guys that they like. Not to make fun of them, but to show their girl friends how close or far they are from the guy.
@hahahmm Thousands of people probably have seen this picture, and me indicating what I find attractive looking doesn't equate to me simping for her. I seriously doubt the model for this stock photo is ever going to find out about my comment here on her physical appearance, let alone find out who I am in real life. Simping also requires some kind of concession, and the only one I made was knowledge of that to people who can't substantially use it against me.
I didn't even say you were simping -- although now that you mention it, it fits. It's not about whether she knows or not. It's about you knowing & training your mind to think this way. Same for every other dude doing this.

Thank you for being honest.
Np man. I'd just clarify that this stuff mostly seems to happen in high school tho. I'm not sure how it applies to more mature women

👍👀
Of course, everyone know girls and women are hard to trust, but some can be trusted.
Don’t gotta worry about that if I never text anybody
How did you know women do this unless you look at their text too?
Is this is a serious question? You would easily know if she texts you a screenshot or shows you to your face.
Are going to pretend guys don't also show texts girls sent them to their friends?
I did say that sometimes guys do it too, but there's a difference.
What difference?
Is sharing something another person sent us in private.
When guys show somebody a text they're generally not trying to be devious about it.
Literally every time any friend of mine showed me a text from a girl it had a devious reason.
And as someone with sisters I can tell you most of the time girls show messages from guys that they like. Not to make fun of them, but to show their girl friends how close or far they are from the guy.
@This_Is_My_Opinion8 What are the devious reasons? Because I noted the ones for women. I've never known a guy to show texts just to stir up trouble.
Your sisters may be different but there are others who commented on this Take and know what I'm talking about.
To show the nudes she sent them. Or to see how naive she is being.
On what I know girls don't usually show texts as a joke.
Yes I have done that but only to ask them what I should say back because I'm really bad when it comes to flirting.
Kind of understandable
I don't know🤔
Have seen a lot of that from guys too.
I guess some people are just "messy"
Me texting her: "Hey, how's it going?"
Her: ...
(Commonly getting ghosted all of the damn time)
well even men do the same ,
so jokes on you
NAMASTE
I did say sometimes men do.
"My rule of thumb I never text a woman anything''
But you’d say more in person just not where third parties are able to read it
This is very true. I enjoyed reading your take
that could be said of anything that we do and what we say to anyone. it will go viral regardless of what we want to say and do,.
Oh give me a break! You're acting as if EVERY woman is like this. I know plenty who aren't, so stop generalizing.
Well, no shit. Is this your first week using text messaging or dealing with people?
I admit I have done it a few times with creepy and uncomfortable texts I have gotten.
Eh they can share whatever they want doesn't bother me, still wouldn't be worse than some guys
The woman in the first stock photo looks HAWT
Isn't that special? So she turned you on. That's like winning the lottery, right? I mean, no other women do that. Oh, right... it's not special.
@hahahmm You disagree?
I just no longer give attention to random women based on their looks. There's enough guys inflating these women's egos to the size of the moon.

@hahahmm Yeah, sure pal.
That is one of the reasons why I never date women
Excuse me what?
