Good take! A'll of us are guilty of being blinded by these smooth-talking boys at least once in our lives... It is about time that we realise that we shouldn't be
If you are confident you are complimented more. I used to be very shy, and now I talk to pretty much everyone and don't slouch when I walk. Try it and you'll see ;D
All this chick baloney about everyone being a beautiful unique snowflake. Some women let themselves go and don't want to pay for it. Hey girls, the rules apply to you too, sorry
"Every girl is beautiful in her own way. Every person has a definition of beauty and it's not the same for everyone. A guy might find you attractive while another guy wouldn't. What really matters in the end is how you see yourself. You might not have the 'perfect body' or hair or face, but there is always something about you that makes you stand out from any other girl."
"So, in conclusion, find that special thing about you and hold on to it. It could be anything: a tiny detail about your appearance, your stunning hair, kindness, generosity, intelligence, style or even a talent."
"I'm sure you pretty girls like to hear, especially from guys, that you look beautiful and all, even if you know it. And you're always flattered especially when it comes from your crush, or any cute guy. As for the less pretty girls: you might not hear it very often coming from a guy, but when you do, it makes you feel very special. You might even start developing feelings towards the guy. What both kind of girls should know is the following: You. Are. Beautiful. No. Matter. What. Guys. Tell. You. You don't need a guy to tell you that you look pretty in order for you to believe it. "
And specifically
"This goes out to every single girl out there (by single I don't mean "single", I mean each and every one of you), whether you're pretty, ugly, thin, fat, confident, awkward, friendly, mean,..., any type of girl."
Nice fail at evasion. I simply said "She talked about physical beauty" if you can recall from an hour ago (you seem to have a short attention span or you simply ignored the rest of the sentence).
""This goes out to every single girl out there (by single I don't mean "single", I mean each and every one of you), whether you're pretty, ugly, thin, fat,.."
My first re-post of her quote also used descriptive traits that described a person's physical form.
That's okay. You failed and you seem incapable or lack the knowledge of how to bow out gracefully or admit you're wrong. I did it for you.
@RationalLioness - you still didn't prove me wrong. I'm not denying that she didn't talk about physical aspects (as it's obvious in the topic on beauty). But she also included mental/psychological aspects too and I can see you are ignoring/running away.
So don't consider that you "look" beautiful because you "think" beautiful. Being beautiful and look beautiful are two different things.
I included physical beauty as well. I was trying to build up confidence in girls whether they don't have the physical appearance they want or whether they are shy or socially awkward.
Do you think every girl is beautiful physically? I don't think so. It's same like everyone has perfect personality while it's untrue. But I got what your intentions are and I appreciate it.
Thanks. What I wanted to do is to also make the girls who aren't beautiful physically to find sth else about themselves that will make them accept who they truly are. (that of course, if they can't change their appearance)
Calling bullshit all over the place. You (and other women on this site) are calling all women beautiful but are the first to reject a dude if he isn't, and no women, you are not all beautiful, so keep drowning yourself in makeup to think you are.
No actually. I mean, yes, there are girls who go for looks and wear full make-up everyday, but u guys gotta stop noticing those kinda girls aka b*tches cuz I, for example, don't give a damn to whether the guy looks like a model (and I've had many many crushes on guys because of the way they behaved towards me and others, and their personality). So no, not all girls are like that and yes, there are still girls who notice ur behaviour. And yes, there are girls like me who DON'T WEAR MAKEUP unless it's an occasion. You gotta believe there are girls with natural beauty who don't go for d-bags. Don't be too judgmental on women. Cuz what u guys can't understand is, WE ARE NOT ALL THE SAME
You're not ugly. If a girl is a bit overweight and doesn't have the body of a model, this doesn't make her ugly. There will still be others who will believe ur beautiful, people who look beyond appearances.

Such a positive post, I love it :) Your beautiful too bumblesuperbee! Thanks for writing this post.
Thanks girl :D<3
This was nice:) We all crave admiration, some more than others and it can turn into an Achilles Heel if we are not yet self actualized. Well done!
Good take!

I agree that if a person receive compliment, say a thank you
The same goes for dudes. There are men of all characteristics out there.
There is someone for everyone. :')
Awww too bad this take doesn't apply to all of the guys that get rejected because of their appearance. :(
It could apply to them as well :D I didn't know that's how guys felt..
Oh but it does. :( but anyways this was a great take and it should inspire women to value themselves. :)
I'm glad u think so :)
I can't smile, people insult my teeth so I go around with bitch face. But nice take!

Well the real problem is, you are talking about overall beauty while girls are concerned over physical beauty.
She talked about physical beauty.

Try again @RationalLioness

It's not hard to read.
"awkward, friendly, mean" are mental or better say emotional/psychological traits not physically.
It's not hard to understand @RationalLioness
Physical*

Go ahead and believe what you want. :)

Yes! This! Good! :)
Women bash guys a lot too if they think they are ugly. I have been bashed a lot because of that.
I like happy girls that laugh and smile. Will approach.
I think girls and guys struggle with a lot of similar things sometimes...

Right. You're exactly the type of I figured - with a username like that.
Well obviously all women are not the same, silly females.
Wow you're angry
Naw, I'm a just a realist.
I agree with every single word in here, good job :)
Its shame we have to remind ourselves that we should know we're beautiful overall. Humans doubt too much :(
Great post!!!
And the cat osnsbsksnsn yes that also made my morning.
Haha thanks!
I personally don't believe that I'm beautiful. Also, when you get called ugly, it tends to make one believe that they are ugly.
You're not ugly. If a girl is a bit overweight and doesn't have the body of a model, this doesn't make her ugly. There will still be others who will believe ur beautiful, people who look beyond appearances.

I know so.
Ok, but you can't expect guys to see this "beauty", good for them if they feel beautiful but don't demonize men if you're not seen as desirable
Thank you for this. Best thing i've read all day
You're most welcome!
I hereby approve this message 100%. Well done.
Thank yu :)
