there are different kinds of strength. skill is way more than muscle. look at martial arts experts. many are 55 and 125 pounds but can cut you in half bc they are wise and skillful.

women have better endurance. men can go faster. women go longer.

expenditure wise, woman has an advantage bc of the udp pathway. it helps them convert fat intro energy. women can live off of ketones without going into keto-acidosis (which can lead to liver damage- makes them goods marathon runners. and more reliable in times of famine.

ensure the child she may be carrying doesn't solve. as a result women are less dependent on immediate source of food as men are., their bodies can handle moire stress. men have a much harder time redacting emotionally. it takes a strong physiological psychological toll on their body.

men who are not married die earlier.

women who are not married live longer.

self sufficiency durability and emotional stability are physical strengths. without wisdom muscle is meaningless.

barring cultural and political limitations previously placed on women -still in some places- throughout history. the women who are professionally trained and competing are surpassing themselves in a few years at a rate it took mean decades to advance-relatively.

If you want an Islamic perspective, God created Men and Women equal but equality does not mean that men and women have to be identical. Just as you said men are physically stronger, don't you know that women are mentally stronger. There are so many things which women can do which men can't. Women can do 5 things simultaneously while men can only one. In Islam, a kid has to respect Mother much much more than they respect father (mother 75%). There are so many things which are in favor of women than men. So you should understand that men and women have equal status but their responsibilities are different.

LOL no, men were bigger and stronger originally. Its not a result of adaptation. If you look at the animal kingdom the males tend to be bigger and stronger too. They protect, the mother nurtures. Although that's not always the case.

It's just the path evolution took. Gender roles weren't created by society, they were created by nature. Having one person being the hunter/protector while the other nurtures their offspring is an efficient way to survive and keep your bloodline going.

In the majority of mammals the male is the protector. He's bigger and stronger, while the mother is built for reproduction. Similar for humans.

Its an evolutionary advantage. If both men and women had the strength of women then they couldn't do half of the physical labor they had to do or take down mammoths and shit like that. Women need extra fat reserves to nurture their babies when they're pregnant, hence women being softer and more fragile.

Estrogen, the female hormone, increases fat storage and inhibits muscle and bone development, hence shorter softer weaker women. Whereas testosterone increases muscle mass and bone growth. When you and I eat food its more readily converted into fat rather than muscle simply because of the presence of estrogen. Yes you can be fat and strong. There are big strong women out there. But most women are not.
It's biology, not sexism, no reason to be offended by what our DNA tells our bodies to do.
