GIRL!!! What does it mean when girl twist their lip and touch their lip when they look at a boy?

On my school bus, this girl look so pretty she sit on other side of my sit, she later she point her leg at me, she look outside then she start it touch her lip, Move her mouth right to left, left to right. Then she put her leg on sit , her knee point up, like trying to show her butt ( she wearing short gym, not short style one) she don't usually do that, usually she just look down and smile when I look at her. So what is that all those thing mean? Her leg, lip,... meaning what? Why girl can not be symbol like us, why every thing so complicate... Girl please answer.
