Mustache shadow on girls?

Okay guys have you ever seen a girl with a shadow above her upper lip and it looks like a mustache? How do you feel about it and does it bother you? And girls do you have one? And if you still have one are you insecure about it or how do you go about having it?

I actually had a mustache during my pre-teen years (I didn't even notice it back then because I didn't care about stuff like that, I only realize it now when I look back at pics/videos), albeit not a super noticable one because it was dark hair on top of dark skin. The hair started fading away. I had a mustache shadow for a while after that. Now both are gone.

Back when I had the shadow I was in my early teen years so I had reached that age where I actually did notice it and was a bit self-conscious about it, although not really. At this age if I still had it I would just use a skin lightening cream to get the shadow to match my skin tone. I don't know how old you are or if you have one but if you do then I suggest getting a skin lightening cream and applying it regularly to that area of your face until you see improvement.

Naturally I don't get the full shadow, just a few hairs above the corners of my mouth. It's honestly not noticeable unless I look very closely in a mirror, or try to feel it with my finger.

But I wax those little bits anyways because I like it to be 100% smooth and hair free. And I would definitely wax If I had a full on shadow like some girls do. I think I would feel very self concious about that. I don't think it looks feminine.

Waxing is inexpensive ($10 or less for a full lip). When you wax, it lasts 3-4 weeks for most people. And each time you wax the hair grows back thinner and lighter. The pain isn't bad, and it only stings for 3-5 seconds. So why have a mustache when you don't have to?

Girls get the shadow by waxing/shaving the peach fuzz above their upper lip. I have Mediterranean genes, so I have some peach fuzz. But I bleach the hair so it isn't as obvious (lighter/thinner) since i have light skn-but it's still there. Yeah it is super annoying and i hate it, but most people do not notice or care. Depending on your skin, girls that wax that shit off might get irritated skin which causes the shadow. Also girls who have made the stupid mistake of shaving it off will get the shadow. It depends how dark your skin is, how strong your hair is, and how fast it grows back once it's removed.

Waxing doesn't give you a shadow, because you're removing the hair completely from the root. And when it grows back, it's thinner and lighter than before. I work at a waxing place.

But shaving definitely leaves a shadow, and will make the situation worse. You're right about that!

Yeah but depending how dark you are-waxing sucks because you have to wait for the hair to grow back a little bit to wax it... so that sucks and can leave a little shadow until people wax it so many times that it gets lighter.

Yeah, that's true if the hair is dark on light skin. Once the hair pokes through the skin again, you have to wait at least a couple days before it can be waxed. I guess it depends on how noticeable it is, mine isn't noticeable anymore.

Many wax it to remove it upper lip hair. Dark or added facial hair can be an issue too as women age. Some ethnicities are prone to it as well or horrnone imbalances. I personally think women should wax or bleach it. My step brothers girlfriend has darker hair there and I think it looks odd.

I notice it more in the shade and rarley see it in the light I hate it so much I feel so unfeminine I self harm about it because I feel like I'm nothing more than a pile of ugly scum
